Every minute.

The five fields* * * * * = minute (0โ€“59), hour (0โ€“23), day of month (1โ€“31), month (1โ€“12), day of week (0โ€“7, where both 0 and 7 mean Sunday).
The four operators* = every ยท , = list (1,15) ยท - = range (9-17) ยท / = step (*/15 = every 15).
The day trapIf BOTH day-of-month and day-of-week are restricted, cron runs when either matches โ€” the classic cause of "it ran on the wrong day".
The timezone trapCron uses the server's clock. Production servers usually run UTC; your 21:45 PKT job is 45 16 * * * in UTC.
